•To choose the self-pick-up option, simply select the Monkey Tree Head Office location during the checkout process. There is no additional charge for self pick-up.

Self-Pickup at Head Office

Estimated Delivery Time:

•⁠ ⁠7-10 working days to the head office Once the order reaches the head office, a pickup notification will be sent to the registered email address or via WhatsApp. The specific pickup time will be provided in the email or WhatsApp message.

•⁠ ⁠Customers must collect the order within 7 calendar days of receiving the pickup notification.

•⁠ ⁠When collecting the order, customers should check the items carefully and sign for receipt under the guidance of our staff. Customers should keep the pickup notification email/WhatsApp message for reference.

•⁠ ⁠If the order is not collected within 7 days for reasons not attributable to us, we reserve the right to:

(a) Cancel the order and refund the remaining balance after deducting any applicable service fees, or

(b) Dispose of the order items without refund or compensation.

•⁠ ⁠Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays and peak promotional periods.

•⁠ ⁠Products will be delivered to the address provided in your order by a courier service.

•⁠ ⁠Delivery is currently limited to residential and commercial addresses within Hong Kong (excluding prohibited areas).

•⁠ ⁠If we are unable to reach you for two consecutive deliveries, the product will be returned.

•⁠ ⁠If the courier service provider is unable to successfully deliver the item to you and the item is returned to their service point, and you fail to collect the item within the required time frame (“Courier Pickup Deadline”) without any fault on our part, we reserve the right to either:

(a) Cancel your order and refund the remaining balance after deducting any fees charged to you under these terms, or

(b) Dispose of the order item without refund or compensation.

•⁠ ⁠By placing an order and selecting a third-party courier service, the buyer agrees to assume the risk of damage or loss to the purchased products during transit (including delays, damaged packaging, loss or accidental theft by the courier service). We will not be responsible for such incidents.

•⁠ ⁠Once the purchased item has been delivered to you, you become the owner of the product. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the items after delivery.

•⁠ ⁠In case of any disputes, Monkey Tree English Learning Center Ltd. reserves the final decision.

•⁠ ⁠Please note that during holidays such as Christmas, Easter, and busy promotion periods, the delivery time may be extended.

•⁠ ⁠The product will be delivered to the address provided in your order by a courier service.

•⁠ ⁠The delivery coverage is currently limited to commercial and residential addresses in Hong Kong (excluding prohibited areas).

•⁠ ⁠If we are unable to contact you for two consecutive deliveries, the product will be recalled.

•⁠ ⁠If the courier service provider is unable to successfully deliver the goods to you and the undelivered goods are returned to their service point, and you fail to collect the goods within the required period (“Courier Pickup Deadline”) without any fault on our part, in addition to any additional fees that the courier service provider may charge, we reserve the right to take either of the following actions without further notice:

(a) Cancel your order and refund the remaining balance after deducting any fees charged to you under these terms and/or any outstanding fees owed by you under these terms, or

(b) Dispose of the order items without refunding or compensating you.
