Return and Exchange Policy
1. No Trial Service
• Products cannot be trialed. Returns are not accepted if packaging is opened and there is no quality issue.
2. Damage Due to Personal Reasons
• Items damaged due to personal actions (e.g., resizing, washing, prolonged use) are not eligible for return.
3. Unauthorized Repairs and Misuse
• Quality issues resulting from unauthorized repairs, misuse, or alterations are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Gift and Bundle Sales
• Items sold as part of a bundle or with gifts cannot be partially returned.
5. Unauthorized Returns
• Returns sent without a formal request to Monkey Tree International Group will not be processed, and we reserve the right to manage such items.
6. Product Images and Information
• Images are for reference only. Actual products may vary due to lighting and display differences.
7. Return Condition
• Items must be unopened and in original condition. Include all gifts for returns. Products missing Monkey Tree English Learning Center Limited identifiers will not be accepted.
8. Time Limit for Quality Issues
• Quality issues reported after 72 hours from receipt will not be eligible for return or exchange.
9. Return Process for Quality Issues
• Photograph and email the issue for review. Approved returns must be well-packaged. Shipping costs are to be prepaid by the customer.
10. Risk During Return Shipment
• Customers bear all risks of damage or loss during return shipping. Monkey Tree International Group will not compensate or refund.
11. Non-Quality Related Returns
• Shipping costs for non-quality related returns are the customer’s responsibility.
12. Return Process

13. Complete Return Package
• Include original packaging, accessories, labels, and documents. Missing items will invalidate the return.
14. Authenticity Assurance
• Products are genuine. Concerns about authenticity require a written assessment from a professional inspection agency.
15. Policy Amendments
